Terms and Conditions
By using BoyBondat (the Service), these terms will automatically apply to you and therefore you are responsible to read the terms carefully before using the Service. Do not use the Service if you disagree with any of the terms or policies.
Restrictions
In accordance with the Intellectual Property Rights, you are restricted to do the following:
- Copying or modifying any parts of the Service
- Copying or using our trademarks without permission
- Make any derivative versions of the Service
- Data mining or other methods of illegal collection or usage
BoyBondat reserves all the rights to use the trademarks, copyrights of the Service.
Changes or Charges
BoyBondat is committed to ensuring that the Service is useful and efficient. For that reason, we reserve the right to make any changes or charge for its services, at any time and for any reason if deemed fit. However, charges are still subjected to the Users confirmation and purchase.
BoyBondat reserves all the rights to use the trademarks, copyrights of the Service.
DELIVERIES
For areas not covered or not serviceable by our delivery service, you may opt to pick up your orders, or arrange for your own delivery service. In the event that you chose an address outside of our service areas, payments made are non-refundable, but you have an option to pick up your orders.
PRODUCT POLICY
The following conditions should be complied when submitting a product-related request:
The request should be submitted to the Customer Relations Department within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of the product/s.
Receipt of payment shall be presented together with the request without any alterations in the writings.
The product is not damaged or destroyed in any way. Packaging is unopened, with no markings, and not tattered or destroyed.
All sold products can only be exchanged with the same products and not cash.
All products can be exchanged to the same products for as long as it is of the same value.
No exchange will be honored if the reason for return is a mere change of mind.
No cancellation of orders shall be made, for whatever grounds, after confirmation of order/s nor a "chargeback" be made on the basis of the said transaction.
*Approval of requests are subject to the management’s approval
*For logistics reasons, the possibility of a slight delay in deliveries would be possible.
Limitations of Liability
We implement security features for the Service. However, we encourage you to partake in ensuring your own account or device’s security. We recommend you to do not make any alterations or illegal processes that may compromise your security and the Service as well. Be reminded that BoyBondat is by no means liable for any damage that may arise from doing such illegal usage or access of the Service.
Also, bear in mind that BoyBondat may allow third parties to perform tasks on our behalf. BoyBondat accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent the Service from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. The Service is the only one allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Service and you in relation to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. The Service is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Philippine Laws, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the City of Taguig for the resolution of any disputes.
Changes
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time and it will be effective immediately after they are posted on this page. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
